Tartine was founded by Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt in the Mission District of SF in 2002. 18 years later, 5 award winning cookbooks and new locations in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seoul Korea and we are just as committed to our daily craft and superior products as the day we opened. Focused on supporting regional supply chains with an emphasis on sustainability with our farming and milling partners. Each day we bake our bread and pastries the Tartine Way, now with an extended All-Day menu featuring seasonal salads, tartines and favorites like our coddled eggs.
