I started this business while I was in Culinary School, I have taken a lot of lessons learned, and incorporated into what we do now. Our goal is like everyone 100% customer satisfaction. We love feedback, because that is the only way to grow.
Specialties
Our business is built on quality, we do not use cheap products. Chef Mario prides himself on delivering the best taco experience. Tortillas are hand made and always fresh, our steak tacos are cooked to order, the Al Pastor is smoked, not cooked on a traditional trompo. Our onion and cilantro is diced fine, we do not like chunky onions or whole leaf cilantro. Salsa's are made fresh for every event.
