Salmon Creek all natural Pork. We make the aguas frescas w fresh fruit. The tortillas are 100% natural from Oakland's La Finca. We made the totopos (Chips) from thick white corn Tortillas, using soybean oil. Did we mention the compo-stable cups, napkins, and all to-go containers? Yes, we happily do that as well.
