Owner, Dan Romo has worked professionally in the metal arts since graduating from UCSC in 1994 with a BFA and an emphasis in sculpture. While continuing to work on his own art, in 2001 he branched out on his own to start Studio Romo. Dan Romo has worked with artists such as Robert Graham, Peter Voulkos, Kiki Smith, Brian Goggin, Gordon Huether; designers such as Peter Gutkin, Louise Mann; museums and galleries such as the SFMOMA, The Oakland Museum, UC Berkeley Museum of Art, Sculpturesite Gallery, A New Leaf Gallery, and Bottoms Gallery.
