Studio 54 Cycling & Aerobics opened it's doors in April of 2010. The owner wanted to pursue her dream of instructing/training people with their fitness goals on a full time basis. At Studio 54, we try to help our students/clients improve their overall body composition and we feel that exercising and keeping good nutritional habits on a consistent basis, is the best way to achieve this goal. The owner is a Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Spin Instuctor and has taught at various Health Clubs, before deciding to open up her own Exercise Studio.

Our Classes are Suitable for all Levels of Experience & Especially Friendly to Beginners. Spinning is fun and it is a non-weight bearing, high cardio type of Aerobic Exercise that help's tone your hips, buttocks and thighs. Did you know that you can burn between 500-700 calories per class. So, what are you waiting for! We also offer Ball, Body Sculpting & Aerobics Classes. All of our Classes will help you shape & tone your Body! Participants will also get the benefit of training with a
