Private gym that focus on building strength using the following: Kettlebells: When professionally used, teaches priceless movements that prepare you for safe and effective barbell and bodyweight strength training. Barbells: For us the kettlebell is the entry point into our strength programs, the same principles used, the movements are different because the tool is different, but the principles of strength remain the same. Bodyweight: Your overall bodyweight strength will always serve as the foundation and bridge to your other strengths.
