A belly dance class with Stephanie is designed to meet the needs of both beginning and more experienced belly dancers. Through posture, isolation technique, strengthening and conditioning, you will learn the fundamental movements that are essential to the art form of belly dance. With an emphasis on tribal fusion, Stephanie will also incorporate combos, layers and traveling for dancers who are ready for a challenge. Belly dance is truly for everyone & all are welcome to attend.
