History
Gelato Festival was born in Florence in 2010. After 100 successful festivals organized in the main European, American and Japanese cities, we decided to leave a permanent mark with our first concept store in West Hollywood. Our Laboratory is a hub for innovation, bringing in the top gelato chefs from its network on a regular basis to experiment with new, boundary-pushing flavors with the best local ingredients.
