Built in 1949 to house the UC Davis Plant Science Department, U-shaped Hunt Hall is the first educationally purposed building you'll notice on the west side of the main campus entrance (across from the main Unitrans bus terminal). Facilities include lecture halls, classrooms, labs and offices.
Hunt Hall is also home to the UCD Landscape Architecture Department; renderings of construction projects adorn the first floor halls. UCD Landscape Architecture faculty and students have contributed to the designs of Davis greenbelts and other public projects across Northern California.
