Operated by Jenny and Heather Goldberg, Spork Foods offers cooking instruction and healthy eating consultation services. Cooking classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays, covering techniques for wheat-free, macrobiotic and vegan recipes. Classes are open to individuals or groups, and can be arranged for birthday and bachelorette parties. Package discounts and gift certificates are available.
