History
After 3 years at 24 Hour Fitness, Brett decided to take his passion for fitness and start South Bay Fitness Focus. He rented space out of another trainers studio for a few years, and finally in September of 2013, opened up Fitness Focus' very first location. We are a Personal Training and Group Fitness studio. We have individual and small-group training, as well as a variety of group classes, such as: BootCamp, Cardio Kickboxing, Strength & Tone, TRX, Yoga, and Zumba.
