Socoa Partners was founded in 2007 by two experienced Basque entrepreneurs who spent most of their teenage years near a small Basque harbor village named Socoa After separately migrating with their families to the United States in the early '1990s, they both started thriving businesses that brought them to the shores of Southern California. Building upon a 30 year friendship and capitalizing on more than 20 years of separate experiences in all aspects of business management, they have built in Socoa Partners a company that mirrors the values: integrity, respect, dependability, ambition ... and fun! In our first 2 years, we have achieved the following: - currently managing 500,000 sf of retail and office/medical properties - on average, cash flow at the properties we manage has improved by 34.5% since we took over - leased approx. 250,000 sf of retail, office medical - achieved full occupancy at all 5 properties that we have taken over when they had more than 50% vacancy.

Commercial Property Management Property management is one of our biggest strength. We have a long and successful experience in creating positive cash flow out of distressed properties through efficient budgetting, improved vendor and tenant management and sound management practices. Brokerage We provide complete brokerage services including buyer and seller representation for all types of commercial real estate properties, including retail, medical, office, land and industrial properties. Our strength in due diligence analysis coupled with very powerful presentations and national distribution lists allow us to get to a smooth, successful closing. Leasing Socoa has substantially reduced vacancies in each and every property we have listed. We also have extensive experience with Tenant representation, from large corporate tenants to doctors and small retailers.
