Sigtronics Corporation manufactures and markets emergency apparatus and aviation communications devices throughout the United States. The company s in-house capabilities include custom engineered intercom and headset systems, an extensive machine shop facility, injection molding, cable assembly, pad printing, microphone manufacturing, circuit board assembly and soldering. In 1987, Sigtronics purchased a plastics injecting molding company. The cable molding division has expanded into the molding of headset ear cups and intercom chassis boxes using automatic and semi-automatic machinery and provides most design, mold making and secondary assembly services. The cables are constructed from custom specified wire, tested and insert molded. Sigtronics uses a 12-station vertical injection-molding machine to mold its cables, which creates a tough waterproof cable. The company is located in San Dimas, Calif.
