Born in Auburn and raised in Rocklin, Sierra College has been a pillar of community and educational excellence for more than 80 years.
Specialties
Since its founding in 1936, Sierra College has focused on quality instruction and meeting the needs of the communities that it serves. The college serves over 18,000 students each year at campuses and centers in Rocklin, downtown Roseville, Grass Valley, and Truckee. In addition to offering 126 degrees and certificates, the college provides a broad range of Community Education (non-credit) courses and is one of only four community colleges in the nation to have an Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI).
