Shoreline Middle School is part of the Live Oak School District. It is the newest of the middle schools in the City of Santa Cruz. Shoreline is located next to Simpkins Swim Center and features large soccer and softball fields. The school focuses on creating well-rounded individuals, and more than one-third of the students take part in music programs. The campus is designed around a quad and supports 24 classrooms, a library, a computer lab and a 450-seat amphitheater.
