Shelly's pole studio is an intimate pole dance school located in San Francsico, we also offer private pole dance instruction at Twirly Girls Pole Fitness in Pleasanton, California. We are dedicated to keeping the art of pole dancing accessible and affordable to all. We offer lighthearted and fun pole dance lessons ranging from private bachelorette classes instruction to fitness pole classes for the serious pole adventurer. Our class sizes are semi-private lessons and are capped to insure that each student receives adequate and quality instruction. Our style of instruction is rooted in dance and fitness so our emphasis is not the art of seduction, however, we believe exotic dance to be an integral part of pole dancing and thus incorporate it as well. Be prepared to push your mind and body to a new level of mental and physical fitness. Pole fitness will renew your fascination and ability to play on the jungle gym
