After becoming a real estate agent in 2000, a passion was ignited in Sheila to learn and grow and be the best agent she couple be for her clients. In Sheila's first year in real estate she was awarded The Rookie of the Year award by her company. At that time many brokerages were trying to recruit her based on her sales and reputation, after 5 great years with ReMax, Sheila decided to make the move downtown Pleasanton and join Gmac, Sheila was offered the opportunity to mentor agents and gratefully accepted the offer and be gain training and mentoring a small group of agents. After her first year at GMAC Sheila studied for, took the classes and took the Real Estate Brokers exam. Sheik passed on her first try. That same week sheila was also awarded the designation of Certified Residential Specialist. This too was no easy under taking and still today less that 4% of agents in the USA, carry that hard earned designation and even fewer are both Brokers and CRS's.
