History
The Danville Sentinel was first published in November of 1995. We grew from only serving Danville, and the San Ramon Valley Unified School District to serving all of the San Ramon Valley from Alamo through San Ramon. We are the only news publication that mails out to homes and businesses for 14.5 miles along I-680 and focus on community news and information of a positive nature. We're family friendly and proud that children can learn about responsible journalism and current events in their community. Our current website was developed in 2010 and is open to participation by folks in the community.
