At Seared we shop for the freshest ingredients available daily from farmers markets and local growers. Our seasonal menu incorporates garden fresh vegetables with locally raised beef as well as Certified Angus Beef Brand, the quality which tops off the USDA scale at its highest rating. Our menu items change according to different produce and seafood seasons. This is our way to get the freshest ingredients from the fields and the sea, to you! Much of the seafood we purchase is line & rod caught, and all of it is sustainably harvested. Enjoy!
