Saso is a neighborhood restaurant, wine and cocktail bar located in Pasadena, California. Our cuisine draws inspiration from the heritage of Basque Country while utilizing the bounty of local farms and the mighty Pacific Ocean. A majority of our dishes, breads, and pastries are grilled or baked in our charcoal Josper oven imported from Spain. We make it a priority to work directly with fishermen, ranchers, farmers, vineyards and purveyors to source the highest quality ingredients in our dishes, cocktails and wines. We invite our guests to join us for a drink, dinner or celebrate a special occasion with friends.
