We specialize in the traditional art of Japanese Ramen. Our broth is simmered from pork, beef bone- or both, for 36 hours to achieve the flavorful and balanced taste. Our Chashu (pork belly) Ramen is our most popular ramen; it contains the creamy tonkotsu broth and the marinated & pan-fried pork belly. Our selection of meat also include roast pork, chicken, and beef. As for our vegetarian friends, there is a variety of options as well. The ramen broth can be made from veggie soup, and can specifically made made vegan if requested.
