Sancho's has been a restaurant in the making for 20 years. As Donnie grilled & cooked in his 20's he began perfecting the ultimate taco. It started with the basic components but then over time evolved into an addicting recipe. Chubbie Sauce was tweeked & changed so many times before it became what it is today. It was a labor of love, a decade long quest to make it perfect. It was all about the OG in the beginning. The type of steak, the seasoning, the technique. Sancho has cooked these tacos for so many people through the years. He always grilled and cooked with love, a treat to witness someones first bite. Which led to the shall we say, Debut of Sancho's Tacos, at a FMF party. They were then bombarded with questions of where their restaurant was. They had hope & did not fear the risk. Sancho's Tacos was born.
Specialties
Sancho's focuses on offering a raised standard in Mexican food. We prepare our salsas, beans & rice daily. We avoid cutting produce the night before & offer everything cut fresh throughout the day, even the limes. Our chips are made to order with a high quality corn tortilla chip. We don't cut corners. We want our customers to enjoy quality. In these economic times it would be easy to downgrade our product but that is not what we are about. The OG taco we are famous for is a CHOICE, fresh, cut in house, Tri-Tip. Seasoned and flavored for the ultimate experience. Chubbie Sauce & 5150 Sauce are one of a kind secret hot sauce recipes only found at Sancho's Tacos Huntington Beach. They compliment all items on our menu. Breakfast has been a huge hit for us. We use all of the best breakfast meats we can find. Applewood smoked bacon, fresh country sausage, chorizo with no by product, & even fresh boneless skinless chicken breast. The Flaco is our eggwhite sauteed vegetable counterpart.
