The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society, formerly known as the Alhambra-San Gabriel Humane Society, provides various animal welfare services. The society offers service in the cities of Azusa, Monterey Park and Temple City, Calif. It is funded through donations, fundraising events, adoptions, vaccinations, dog licenses and city contracts. The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society provides veterinary care, control, adoption, rescue, spaying and neutering services for animals. It offers information about lost and found animals, as well as educational programs for people on issues related to cruelty against animals. The society publishes an online monthly newsletter that includes information about animal adoptions. The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society is located in San Gabriel, Calif.
