HistoryRiley Hagan created Bass Lessons Unlimited in 2002 & was one of the early pioneers of on-line bass education in 2009. He has taken the most effective elements learned from his professors at Berklee College of Music, as well as studying with the brilliant Michael Manring, & refined his teaching method with more than 1000 students over the last 20 years. In addition to Riley, some very talented instructors have signed on to add their expertise & enrich Bass Lessons Unlimited even further for students of all skill levels. Pat Abbott has been with Bass Lessons Unlimited since 2018. He has degrees in Music Education from Nazareth College of Rochester. Pat possesses 18 years of professional music experience, 15 years of teaching experience, & enjoys teaching both upright & electric bass. Ben Wallace-Ailsworth, an alumni of the Berklee College of Music, has over 15 years of professional music experience, over 8 years of teaching experience, & joined Bass Lessons Unlimited in 2021.SpecialtiesBass Lessons Unlimited specializes in one-on-one bass instruction. As a school, we have been fortunate to offer an online bass lesson option since 2009, and we are grateful to have had such a head start in optimizing strategies to make the online format enjoyable and effective.
