History

The Founders of the San Diego Animal Support Foundation were a group of local business leaders recruited by the County to establish funds for a new shelter back in 1998. After funds for the shelter were committed, this Blue Ribbon Committee decided to continue their work in a way that would benefit ALL local animal rescues and shelters, instead of just one. The
