With over 200 bakery locations across Japan established by it's founder, Okayama Kobo Bakery & Cafe first location in the US opened in Downtown Anaheim (Center Street Promenade) on July, 1 2018. Bread is baked fresh daily from a special blend of Hokkaido wheat flour which is exclusively made for Okayama Kobo and shipped directly from Japan. Started as a pop-up in San Diego in 2021, we are excited to expand and serve San Diego customers starting in 2022!

Our concept is simple, to provide freshly made quality bread in an environment you love to be in. Our products are handmade using 100% Hokkaido flour, additive/preservative free dough, and baked fresh daily with you in mind. We strive to make it easy to grab a fast, craveable meal without compromising quality or service.
