Our executive chef Sam zhu is a young and promising chef .His family own a restaurant in Shanghai, China. When he was a child, he accepted the edification of the kitchen. As his father, he was interested in making food. He went to cooking school to learn professional skills of chef. His career started at 2006 in a state-run enterprise named Jin Jiang Pine City hotel,and get the certificate of National secondary Chef. In 2013,he came to the United States with his present wife. No doubt he continued his job as a chef.
