The taquiza include 3-4 meats usually I take carne asada, chicken, al pastor, and chorizo, rice, beans, and a macaroni salad. Red and green salsas, fresh onions, limes, cilantro, grilled jalapenos, and onions, one 5 gallon agua fresca drink option, plates, napkins, utensils, and cups.
