Bismark Rosano is an experienced chef of 14 years and worked for multiple Mediterranean and Spanish restaurants before deciding to open his own business to share his experience and recipes with the Bay Area. Rosano's Kitchen was opened in 2013 with the intention of bringing flavorful, rich ethnic foods to the table.
