Rockhard did not pay the concrete supplier, pumping company or laborers. Lost in Small Claims court and now has a suspended license, check the CSLB.GOV.CA to see for yourself. Do not hire this...

Be very cautious when hiring this company. They do not pay their suppliers. They owe us $3,630 for concrete. The poor home owner has to suffer from this company. We had to file a Mechanic's Lien.
