The best pulmonary specialist in Los Angeles. After graduating UCLA with a Phi Beta Kappa award in 1971, Dr. Wolfe attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. There he was honored with the Stafford L. Warren Medal for the outstanding graduating medical student. He was also elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society where he served as president. He went on to do his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in pulmonary diseases at UCLA and Wadsworth VA hospitals. After completing his training, Dr. Wolfe went into private practice as a specialist in pulmonary diseases in West Los Angeles in 1980. He is presently an attending physician at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians. His interests include asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, lung cancer and sleep disorders. Dr. Wolfe is the CEO of a southern California philanthropic organization that helps fund medical research as well as the arts and social causes.
