I've rented from Clark the manager for many years in San Francisco and in Palm Springs. I've known him to always be fair and responsive. 750 building has quiet residents and is well maintained.

Bad place to rent from, Manager does not answer the phone, or return call, unless you call from pay phone. Does not fix problems. No insulation, high electric bills. I would never do it again. you...
