History
Dr. Rich Hirschinger graduated from the USC School of Dentistry in 1985. He practice dentistry for 10 years until separate hand and back injuries required that he sell his practice. He then attend the USC Marshall School of Business and earned an MBA degree with Honors in 2001, which is the same year he founded DDS.com. In 2007, a car accident led to severe lower back pain, and a few months later his mom was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, a very severe sharp shooting pain in the face. After battling his pain for 2.5 years, he had a double spinal fusion in 2009 and became interested in chronic pain. He started the UCLA Orofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine residency starting in 2010 and became chief resident in 2011. He became Board certified by the American Board of Orofacial Pain in 2012 and started his private practice early in 2013. He is a lecturer at the UCLA Orofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine programs and teaches other doctors about orofacial pain (OFP).

Dr. Rich Hirschinger is a Beverly Hills pain specialist who only treats TMJ, snoring, obstructive sleep apnea, headaches and chronic oral facial pain. Dr. Hirschinger is Board certified in Orofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine. His treatment includes TMJ, migraine, cluster and tension type headaches, head and neck muscle pain, nerve pain including trigeminal neuralgia and other sharp, shooting electrical pain in the face and neck, snoring, and obstructive sleep apnea for those patients who cannot tolerate a CPAP machine.
