Rattlers Bar B Que, located in Canyon Country, Calif., is a full-service restaurant that offers Southwest-style cuisine in a casual dining atmosphere. Its lunch and dinner items include barbecue chicken, ribs, baked potatoes, garlic rolls, prime rib, baked beans, salads, sandwiches, burgers, Atlantic salmon and its famous shredded onion. The restaurant also offers take-out and catering services. Rattlers was opened in 1988 and has been named Santa Clarita s best barbecue restaurant for eight straight years.
