Builds relationships with policy-makers, the business community, the Mayor and City Council, and other industry and community leaders. Provides a structure to establish an arts agenda for the City of Oakland i.e., Investment in Oakland's cultural economy, economic impacts of local arts, priority of arts education, commitment to cultural equity.
