HistoryDesign Octopus was born back in the 90's while studying Graphic Design in San Francisco. After working in the Flexography field for a couple of years, the founder moved back to Sacramento and quickly was employed in the signs/banners industry where he worked for several years learning the sign industry inside and out. After a few years he moved on to a position with the State of California as a Graphic Designer. Seeing a lack of design in the sign industry and also seeing the ridiculous prices of PR firms, the founder decided to meld both his graphic design background with his sign background...which created Design Octopus!
