R101 ramen started with a pure passion and love of ramens. We started traveling all regions(sapporo to hakata) thru Japan's most popular ramen houses in 2014. Settled down in Glendale, CA and opened our doors in May 2015. All tares(sauces), pork chashu and broth are made from our own recipes. Also, Ramen noodles are made just for us with our own recipe. All of our foods are focused on the authentic Japanese ingredients with a touch of modern Los Angeles life style. We can say we are not like any other ramenya but we didn't forget the home cooking style of Japanese ramen. -good ingredients don't lie. R101 ramen
