This is the office for Quality Service Certification, a national business program that was created in 1994 by founder Larry D. Romito. It is located in the Ortega Village Plaza, where Romito and his associates conduct seminars to real estate agents, brokers and other businesses that want to increase the level of customer service in their companies. Romito, once a teacher and real estate agent himself, devised a method to teach individuals how to increase profitability by focusing on consumers and the manner in which businesses interact with them.
