Go beyond doing just the job itself. There's always other things that seem to pop up that need to be done to do the Job right. More times than not, I take care of what needs to be done at no cost to the home owner. Unless it's something major, Andi expensive for me to do so, I often end up with less profit but always feel better in doing what needs to be done to make the job right .
