I incorporate conventional medical practices with integrative healing. We heavily focus on how lifestyle factors like nutrition and sleep can keep you healthy and prevent disease, as well as how they affect any current illnesses. We turn to the most natural, least invasive treatments first, such as medicinal herbs. When appropriate we will use mind-body techniques like mindfulness, relaxation, and journaling. If a prescription medication is in line with your family's therapeutic needs and health goals, we will use medications as well.
