Crescenta-Ca ada Family YMCA, located in LaCanada, Calif., offers a range of athletic programs and community services to individuals and families in its community. The Crescenta-Ca ada YMCA provides an extensive variety of programs and features, including an indoor heated pool, teaching pool, full and part-time childcare, after-school care, racquetball courts, exercise classes, saunas, yoga, fencing, swim lessons, and stairmaster. Its Youth and Government program is a model state legislature and court program that involves all the elements of our State Government. The program involves more than 2,000 students from throughout the state of California and more than 50,000 students nationwide. Its senior programs include PACE, seniorobics, yoga, water walking, water yoga, twinges-a class designed for people suffering from Arthritis and related diseases.
