Pro Performance Soccer began as an athletic development program for ambitious youth athletes in the Bay Area by our Head Performance Coach, Barry McCabe. Barry's professional playing background coupled with his high level of education and experience working with athletes, set the base needed for a successful program. Our focus is to offer science-backed training methods to allow athletes to stand out on the field. Movement Skills Programs for younger athletes, creating training environments for them to learn and develop key movement patterns. Athletic Skills Programs are offered for teenage athletes, who are beginning to specialize in their chosen sport and look to add an increased level of athleticism to their play, with a big emphasis on preventing injury. Pro Performance Soccer also works closely with Teams, Clubs and Academies with a focus on improving skill acquisition, physical literacy and athletic development.
