HistoryRestoration Physical Therapy is a specialty practice developed from working with Division I athletes for 10 years at UC Berkeley. My specialty is the evaluation and treatment of complex or chronic injuries that have not responded to treatment. My approach addresses the entire musculoskeletal system, with multi-modal manual therapy and home corrective exercises directed at the source of the injury, not necessarily where the pain presents. Consultations and follow-ups are offered in the Berkeley location on a monthly basis. This is ideal for patients who have completed one or more courses of physical therapy without resolution of symptoms and who are motivated to follow a progressive prescribed home program. She is also Board-Certified as a Sports Clinical Specialist, an advanced credential that fewer than 1% of physical therapists have achieved. Specialties include: Active Release Technique (ART) full-body certified, Graston Technique, chronic injury resolution, movement retraining (Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation instructor, Yoga Alliance RYT) and return to sport.
