The Poke cuisine originated in Hawaii and escalated into L.A.'s ever growing popular dish we know today. The customizable poke restaurant offers a base of White Rice, Green Tea Rice, Spring Mix, and baby kale mix. The customers can then choose options of seafood proteins: Salmon, Tuna, Seared Albacore, Spicy Albacore, Spicy Tuna, Scallop, Pepper tuna, and Shrimp. Poke -Republic offers many variety of fresh toppings, healthy ingredient, and sides chosen by chef Kevin Shin that can be mixed with sauces or encompass the focal seafood mix.
