Planz Elementary School, located in Bakersfield, Calif., is affiliated with the Greenfield Union School District. The school offers a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through five. Its core curriculum includes English, arts, music, science, social studies, mathematics, and computer and physical education. Planz Elementary School also offers reading, writing, spelling, computer education, fast track, media studies, special education and speech programs. The school additionally provides Americorps, gifted and talented education, migrant program for grades 1 through 5, extended-day kindergarten and math camp programs.
