I was a pizza franchisee for over 10 years. I started experimenting with my dough and sauce. I went out of business. After about 12 years of working on my sauce and dough I was ready to go into business and Pizza Time Pizza was born. I believe I prove the best pizza's din Escondido hands down. I have all the crust, regular handtossed, New York thin, Chicago deep dish and gluten free crust. MY mission is to provide the best tasting product with the freshest ingredients and 100% customer satisfaction! As I would provide to my family!
