Pioneer Services is family owned and operated. We have been serving Silicon Valley area since 2003 and in 2012 we converted over to a small corporation. We are licensed, bonded and insured. All of our employees have gone through an extensive background check. We provide residential Window Cleaning, Solar Panel Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Screen Repairs (re-screening or rebuilding of your door and window screens) as well as installation of the ClearView Retractable Screen Doors. We have perfected our techniques over the years with the guidance and advice from fellow professionals, vendors, manufactures and our many helpful customers to make our service the one you will want to keep for years to come. All services are scheduled with you based on your needs and our availability. We do ask our customers to schedule their cleaning services in advance so that we can avoid the busy season wait times which have been as long as 4-10 weeks during the spring/summer months.
