At Pinole Valley Boot Camp, clients will find themselves getting in shape and feeling great as they work their way through an intense six-week program taught by two veteran trainers. Trainers Sharon Garrett and Sue D'Alonzio designed the Pinole Valley Boot Camp to cater to their client's individual needs, addressing weight loss, endurance and strength-training concerns. Sessions occur one to four times per week, and can be adjusted to suit different levels of skill.
