This large, comfortable Vietnamese noodle house is busy during lunch and, especially, dinner hours. It's open 12 hours-a-day every day - 10am to 10pm - reflecting the Vietnamese regard of noodles in broth as a fine meal at practically any time of day. Almost all the meals and broths are beef-based; they come with a platter of sprouts, basil and lime that's meant to cook in the hot soup, and with sauces at the table to let you customize the degree of spice. Entree platters are available, and several pearl drinks and tapioca desserts are on the menu. Beer and wine are served. Pho Vi Hoa is on the El Camino side of the Village Court shopping center at San Antonio Road. There's plenty of parking, and to-go orders are welcomed.
