This place has improved since I last visited many years ago. Broth has been more savory than other spots I frequent at in the east bay. They try to keep their prices low, hence cash only.

Cash only, they accept card with additional fees implied. Did not try the food because when we walked in it smelled like a gas station bathroom so we walked out.
